Kamen Rider Ikari

Not too long before uploading this, I posted some concepts for a new Kamen Rider OC named kamakiri. Well that concept ultimately became Kamen Rider Ikari.

Name: Tatsuki Endou (Ikari)

Forms: Ikari (base), Over Heat, Cool Down, Wrath Incarnate (kaijin form), Monarch (ultimate)

Arsenal: Kamakiri Shifter (henshin belt), Ignition Keys (form change devices), Gauge Gauntlets 

Personality: Tatuki is literally the embodiment of anger. Even when she is in her normal human form and seemingly calm, she is always wearing an intense scowl. While not transformed, Tatsuki always appears angry but she can be quite calm in most situations but once in battle, her anger takes hold and nothing can save her enemies from total annihilation. She may play hero but she functions like a villain; she is willing to help those in danger but anyone, human or not, better stay out of her way when she's seeking her revenge...

Background: Tatsuki was one of three siblings who were separated around their teenage years and were forced to undergo horrible experiments by an organization known as Development Hell (and yes, that name is intentional). Years later, Tatsuki is made into an unstoppable killing machine and given a rider belt rebirthing her into Kamen Rider Ikari. 

She escapes development hell with her new powers and intends to find her younger brother and older sister, but she finds focusing on this difficult for two reasons.
1: The true masterminds behind Development Hell have revealed themselves as a species of demonic monsters known as Incarnates and they seek to take back Tatsuki.
And 2: The experiments on Tatsuki have caused her to become a warrior of wrath and anger. They say not to let rage blind you in battle but Tatsuki must literally rely on her lust for vengeance to make her stronger.
